Return & Exchange Policy

At KAYA Gallery, we carefully inspect and package all our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the applicable provisions of Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product has a manufacturing defect or is not in conformity with the agreed specifications, please contact us as soon as possible.

Defective products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, KAYA Gallery will arrange the applicable replacement or refund without additional cost to the customer.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may not be eligible for return when their nature, condition, packaging, or customization makes it impossible to return them to their original condition, or where an applicable legal exception applies.

This may include:

* Customized or made-to-order products manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements.
* Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified after purchase due to the customer’s handling.
* Products whose nature or packaging prevents them from being returned to their original condition.
* Perishable or consumable products, where applicable.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

5. Before Leaving the Gallery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their products before leaving the gallery and ensure that the quantity, model, color, size, and condition correspond to their purchase.

6. Important Note

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights granted to consumers under the applicable Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
